Made To Last A Lifetime.
Fàs (Scottish Gaelic for "growth") is built on the belief that leather goods should evolve with you, carrying your stories through time.
We choose our materials with care, working with suppliers who share our values - using only leather that is a byproduct of the food industry. Rather than letting these materials go to waste, we transform them into something beautiful that lasts.
With every stitch and detail, we embrace the beauty of circular fashion - where quality, longevity, and care take precedence over trends.
Our customers are individuals who seek personal growth, value craftsmanship, and make intentional, enduring choices.
At Fàs, we don’t just create bags; we create companions for your journey.
Together, we grow.

Material Philosophy
Our First Edition is made exclusively with natural hair-on leather, a material chosen for its honesty, richness, and character.
Grain direction, tonal shifts, subtle markings, and movement in the hair, create the unique character of each hide.
This means no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Mid-luxury pricing reflects the quality of the materials, the craftsmanship, and the personal attention given to each piece.
Your piece carries its own quiet identity.

I’m Sophie, the founder of Fàs.
I'm from Scotland and moved to London at 18 to study fashion. After a foundation year at Middlesex University, I went on to London College of Fashion to study Fashion Design Technology (Womenswear), and graduated with a First Class Honours.
For my final collection at university, I worked with leather for the first time and was drawn to its combination of strength and beauty. Leather, when crafted with care, can last a lifetime - and I wanted to create pieces that reflected that.
After university, I made my first leather handbag and realised this was what I wanted to do; design luxury pieces people can invest in, pieces that are built to endure, and be treasured for years to come.
I wanted a name that reflected heritage, personal growth, and the journey of creating something lasting, so I chose Fàs, which is Scottish Gaelic for “growth”. I aim to create leather goods where craftsmanship, durability, and timeless design come together.
